Extend NAVIGATE shot property with turning speed and target death settings

Regarding the NAVIGABLE shot property. Would like its properties extended to include...

  • [ ] A property to set if the shot should vanish OR explode when the targeted creatures dies, or doesn't exist in the game space, like if the targeted creature is picked up.
  • [ ] A property to adjust how slow the project turns to chase target, right now, it instantly snaps to target.
