Several dungeon hearts not spawning

In the ancient keeper campaign levels "Save the Heroes", the green keeper's dungeon
heart does not spawn. It has the steps leading up to where the heart should be, the
checkered tiles, etc. but no heart.
Found the same bug in "University of Hades". There should be 4 dungeon hearts in the
far south- 1 yellow keeper's and 3 of your own. The 3 that belong to you don't spawn.

Here is a save from "save the heroes" demonstrating the problem. I used the cheat since
the level is incredibly tedious to replay.
defeating white then blue keeper wins the level when it should be white/blue/green.

and here is "University of Hades".
You should have 3 more dungeon hearts of your own to the south to confuse you about
which is the yellow keeper's heart.
fail since your extra hearts don't spawn.

This is not a bug, it's by design.
Try starting original Ancient Keeper on original DK - there will be no difference.

thats strange. i went through a walkthrough to see what these empty hearts were supposed
to do and clearly they have some function that is currently missing. i wonder if the
author himself removed them.

I haven't made any changes to this level. I haven't played it in years either. AK exploited
many bugs so it wouldn't be a surprise if they don't all still work, as KFX enhancements
are made. The dungeon hearts should be there. Can anyone say whether it used to work
in KeeperFX? I assume it did as no-one has mentioned this before. If true we could
establish which revision caused the hearts to disappear?

I just checked, and can confirm the extra hearts are now missing, but only the heart
itself; the usual heart surrounding paraphernalia is still there. Strange. It does
need to be fixed.

Look at the level files - they have the hearts removed.
Were they in place in original release of Ancient Keeper?

I played the level, and it works fine, apart from the hearts issue. Creatures won't
attack 'the plinth' or claim it, so it just stays there till the end. The puzzle was
to determine which heart was real, and I believe you could defeat yourself if you destroyed
the wrong one.

Need a statut update if this issue is still around or fixed.
@walt253 Functionality has been implemented so this can be handled. I told dayokay about this and he said he would look into it but that has been almost a year ago now.
