Portal icon missing when claiming in possession.

When you claim a room in possession, its icon is displayed on the message. But for Portals, there is no icon.

This can be fixed by taking the Portal icon from the editor and assigning it in terrain.cfg, but this also causes the icon to appear over Portals on the maps.

right so basically you'd need a new room property to toggle whether the icon is show on map? or maybe it could be tied to room_can_have_ensign so rooms that have a roomflag get show others don't?
