Zoom keys only work for host in multiplayer game

To reproduce:

  1. Start a multiplayer game
  2. As the blue player, build a lair
  3. Press L to zoom to lair -> notice nothing happens
  4. Press H to zoom to heart -> notice nothing happens

Red player can do these things
