Smooth on Chrome / Safari - Chopped on Mozilla?

Does anyone knows why in Chrome and Safari the scrolly is seamless, smooth

But in Mozilla Firefox looks like 5 fps

anyone has a hack for it?

I had the same problem, but it was a problem with my video. You need to have the correct encoding of your video.
