Video jerked in chrome

when scrolling up the video, it starts jerking in chrome.

Don't know if you mean like framed, not smooth, but if it is probably it's the video problem....

For me works with a video not too fast, I mean the movements on the video, needs to be 25fps and the video can't have like a lot of size
