Other than keyframe=1 I've following the tips here https://gist.github.com/Vestride/278e13915894821e1d6f

While getting the file size down is straightforward enough I'm struggling with getting the video to scroll smoothly, even with keyframe=1 set.

hi, one of the reasons that the video are not smooth can be the velocity of the movements on the video

if you get like a car speed too fast, moving from one side to another, you might get it choppy,

but if you have a slow movements or motion video, rendered in 25fps and not too much file size you probably will see it smooth
