No sound playing FLAC on iBasso DX200

Hi

I'm using an iBasso DX200 DAP running Android 8.1. I installed Gelli on it to play my Flac files in my Jellyfin system. Everything works fine excepted app doesn't produce any sound at all ! I have no problem playing FLAC files on that DAP using native music player, or Plex app for example (not Jellyfin app that has a nasty bug where each time it's in background music playing starts to lag all time). How can I help fix that quite boring problem ?

Can you try forcing a lower bitrate in the settings and see if that fixes the audio issue? Might help narrow down the problem.

Just to be sure we are on same, here are my audio settings in Gelli:

  • Transcoding codec: AAC
  • Direct Play Codec: everything selected
  • Maximum bitrate: changed it from Unlimited for 128Kbps

Once changed bitrate at 128Kbs I confirm I get audios without problems at price of a degradation of audio quality.

Something else I can test to help you narrow the issue ? Not sure if it can help but Finamp has exact same issue of no sound !
