Playlist Creation Doesn't Work Unless The User Is Admin

When trying to add a song to a playlist, when creating a playlist as a non-admin user, it does not create the playlist. When turning the user into an admin, and relogging, it seems to work. It also seems to work on the web gui as a non admin user.

I'm somewhat certain playlist creation shouldn't work at all for servers newer than 10.7.0 due to API changes, are you sure it works on the administrator account?

can't confirm atm, but I was pretty sure I tested it and that's what I ran into. I just tried making a playlist as a non admin, then went on jellyfin web, swapped my user to become an admin, and then tried it again in gelli and I thought it worked unless it didn't. Either way yes there is an issue with playlist creation. I'll can try again when I get some time
