Local network and remote profiles

Not an issue, just sharing a few suggestions if you/others were to further enhance your excellent work...

  1. ability to add both internal and external ip addresses.
  2. automatic switching of the above, e.g. internal ip address is the default and if no connection achieved, connects with the external ip.
  3. direct play / no transcoding option as perfect for use on the local network.
  4. max bit rate for mobile data connection.
  5. playback position bar shows the amount of transcoded / cached data so the user can see how far they can seek ahead in a track. Currently, seeking ahead past a certain point causes playback to fail and playback cannot resume without forcing the app to close and reopening. More of an issue on especially long tracks.

Thank you for sharing your app and best wishes for its continued development. I hope this app is further developed and we eventually get the definitive way to stream music from the wonderful jellyfin.

Thanks for adding direct play. Now the only essential addition would be maximum bit rate for cellular / mobile data. Thiswwould be very user friendly, for example, currently I have to manually change the bit rate to unlimited if in the house and 128 if I'm outside the house. Best wishes with the continued development of your great app. Thanks for sharing your work!

Besides having separate maximum bit rate for cellular/mobile data vs. WiFi, I'd also like to have a lower (possibly much lower) maximum bit rate for mobile data. The official Jellyfin app goes down to 64kbs, and I actually find AAC tolerable down to 24kbs, which is what Spotify uses in its data saver mode. (For comparison, Google Play Music used to use 96kbs for mobile streaming; not sure if that's changed in YouTube music.)

On WiFi, I generally want the highest available, of course.

Thank you for all the work on this application.
