More control over limits (bitrate/storage)

The current multiple choice options for Maximum Bitrate and Cache sizes are not granular enough. Providing a slider with more intelligent limits would be very welcome, text entry might also be valid.

Use cases:

• Users may want e.g. 160kbps/192kbps bitrate to limit bandwidth usage on mobile, without having to drop all the way to 128kbps
• 2GB may be inadequate for caching/downloading sufficient music, but unlimited may also be undesirable - devices regularly come with many GB of storage, but you may not want to fill all of that with music cache.

This isn't limited to Gelli or mobile but with the bitrate limits but it would be especially welcome here. I'd really like to see four or so options for maximum streaming quality especially with offline playback coming: Normal (~128-192kbps) High (~320 kbps mp3) HiFi (Lossless CD/FLAC/16-44) Master/Hi-Res (Studio/Vinyl/24-192)
