I can definitely do the NMake-version, which won't compile the tools. The MSVC-version is a bit too much work for me right now.

I don't quite remember what the problem was and don't have time to look into it until the weekend. It probably had to do with the way the number sign...

@bertfrees Looking at this again I would suggest closing unless/until someone posts an RFC to the Braille Autoriteit for Netherlands and Belgium.
