Linux forcefeedback support
Hello there!
I've added wheel forcefeedback supportl for my linux Cannonball cabinet project. It works by scanning and detecting first force feedback enabled device and directly writting and ioctl-ing to it. It should honor config.xml values. Only tested on a NGS Diablo wheel, but it's quite simple so I think should work on many models.

Nice work @Ismas - I have a similar project on atm and added Blargg shader support years ago, I will try and bring the code base up to date and create a pull for that. Combiled with the wheel support this should make for a great cab powered by a raspberry pi with a bit of luck.
Would you mind posting some info about your wheel as I'm not really familiar with anything like that.
