Add the option to display comments directly without approval

My blog has few visitors and hardly encounters junk comments. So I hope to add the option of directly displaying comments without approval.

Seems Akismet has a free plan for personal use.

May be it is better to add a column status to describe the comment: 'approved' | 'pending' | 'spam' | 'deleted'
