I figured it out. Using `escapeAttrValue` is the correct function for this case.

We also have this issue using nuxt3. is there a typeorm update planned that fixes the issue?

Can someone have a look at the reproducible Demo? Would be appreciated if this bug gets fixed soon, so that we can update react native.
