`sudo apt install python` ? or change the script so that `python` is `py`

If you are in a debian based system and py / python is bound to python 2.x then use the command `python3` (and `pip3`) instead

How do we want to handle card translations? Should it be an option for cards to be in language X? if so then we would need the large mtgjson file...
