Fails when GDPR cookie dialog is present

Went to use this script to download all my photos, but ran into a problem where the presence of the cookie dialog was over the login button and selenium refused...

Doesn't create folder for photos if it doesn't already exist on Windows

I *believe* this is a Windows-specific problem, but the first download attempted will crash and the script will fail if a folder called 'photos' doesn't already exist.
