lua error with VLC 3.0.20 Vetinari under Windows 11 Pro 23H2

Hi,

I've an error in console output.

Remote control interface initialized. Type `help' for help.

[00000162035a3c20] main input error: ES_OUT_SET_(GROUP_)PCR  is called too late (pts_delay increased to 1000 ms)

OS is Windows 11 64b 23H2. VLC is 3.0.20 Vetinari.
