Can one use card columns?

Not yet, no. I remember thinking this would be good to include, but I haven't gotten around to it. My vague recollection was that container div needed to be structured differently for card columns than for card groups (or something like that), so I didn't implement it for the first release.

That said, it's such an obvious omission that I really do want to support card columns. It's not top of the list right now, but it's definitely on the list!
