input on second keyboard freezes and becomes unresponsive

nearly all the time when playing game input becomes unresponsive like cursors on keyboard and sometimes second keyboard can control like its 1 keyboard.

CPU I5-7400 and GTX 1050 ti 2x 2400 8gb DDR4 Corsair Vengeance and Samsung SSD with Seagate hard drive. Also there is few people's with exact issues like mine here too

is it overclocked?

No it's not overclockable cpu

ks version 2.2? w10 x64 build?
