in debugger mode - Step Over should go over dbf

i think that Step Over debugging mode should go over DBF, and not run each step of the loop like in the good old Monst if i remember well.

( this is rather an improvment than an issue )

Thank you for the nice comment. You are correct, supporting the DBcc will be a nice improvement for the debugger.
