SP (Stack) window size always open at a forced size no matter if the size has been changed during the previous session.

Repro steps Launch the emulator with the --debugger option

1. Open the SP window
2. Change the window size but do not close the window
3. Quit the emulator so the registries will be updated Launch the emulator again with the --debugger option
4. Notice the SP window size won't reuse the modification previously done
