Question about the training time

I wonder how much time does it takes to train one epoch on one 3090GPU, it takes me about 3 to 4 hours to run only one epoch, is it too long?

It is taking more than 2 hours for me to train the model for one epoch on Referit. My laptop has a 1070 Max-Q GPU.
