Unable to record video and shoot photo

I reffered to this, but I got error and couldn't record video and shoot photo. https://developer.dji.com/windows-sdk/documentation/tutorials/index.html

error code: failed to record video, result code is SYSTEM_ERROR

I use Mavic 2 zoom.

SDK version: WSDK 0.3.2
