Is Mavic Pro Platinum supported? REQUEST_HANDLER_NOT_FOUND Error

Open apogeo opened this issue 5 years ago • 4 comments

Trying to run the DJIWindowsSDKSample sample code with a Mavic Pro Platinum drone, I get "REQUEST_HANDLER_NOT_FOUND" in every button of the sample app. Does this mean that my drone is not supported? image

Only the Mavic 2 series, Mavic Air and Phantom 4 Pro V2 drones are supported by the WSDK. To check on what DJI hardware is supported by which SDK please navigate to this site: https://developer.dji.com/products/#!/windows

Thanks Lisa, are there any plans for including more models in the supported list on the near future?

Yes, the WSDK will grow to offer more features and support more devices. If you have a DJI Developer account then recently we sent out a survey asking for feedback on the WSDK - check your in box if you would like to participate!

Is there still a plan to include the Mavic Pro/Platinum in the SDK? The Windows SDK roadmap is blank
