Get focus ring range and set focus ring value functions bugged

Hi, as mentioned in #293 and #295, I'm trying to work with H30 payload (PSDK v3.11.1, M350 with firmware 10.01.08.05 and H30 with 10.02.08.04) settings to get good image quality in wind turbines inspections. I noticed another bug concerning the camera parameters, in this case the issue relates to the focus.

The CameraGetFocusRingValue works flawlessly, that is if I set values from RC in manual focus mode, I get values in the whole range such as 475 (zoom 10 at 3m distance), 219 (zoom 4 at 20m distance), 322 (zoom 8 at 5m distance). However whenever I call the CameraGetFocusRingRange value I always get the range [170,253], independently of the current zoom level. To make things worse, the CameraSetFocusRingValue only accepts values in this short range [170,253], which means that I'm severely limited in the scenarios where I can make use of the manual focus.

I noticed the same behavior with the H20 payload, in this case though, the returned range was [60,158].

I also encountered this issue with M300 with H20 payload on psdk 3.8.1.
