X-Port Connected but Unable to Update Firmware
I’m having trouble updating the firmware on my DJI X-Port using DJI Assistant 2. Every time I attempt the update, the process downloads to 100% but then immediately fails without any further progress. Additionally, the app doesn’t seem to recognize any firmware version on the device.
Here are some details about my setup and troubleshooting steps so far:
Software Version: I’m running the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 (please let me know if there’s a specific version recommended for the X-Port).
Device Status: The X-Port is connected properly, and I’ve ensured that it’s properly powered on before connecting.
Connection: I’m using a high-quality USB cable connected directly to my PC (avoiding any USB hubs). I’ve also double-checked that the cable supports data transfer—not just charging.
Troubleshooting Attempts:
I’ve tried restarting both the X-Port and my computer before the update.
I also experimented with different connection sequences (starting the software first and then powering on the X-Port) but to no avail.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the X-Port firmware update? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, we are sorry to bring you a bad experience. Regarding your question, you need to use the M300 drone to upgrade. The M350 model cannot complete this action. Do you have an M300 model? If not, we recommend that you contact your local agent and let them complete the upgrade for you.
