TOPIC_GPS_DATE / TOPIC_GPS_TIME returns 0 after update to 3.9

Hi,

I was using DJI_FC_SUBSCRIPTION_TOPIC_GPS_DATE and DJI_FC_SUBSCRIPTION_TOPIC_GPS_TIME under 3.8.1 (and before) without any issues on a M300 with the latest firmware available. Updating to 3.9 now returns 0 for both.

Registration works fine and everything else seems to behave normally. What could be the cause and what should i check?
