CMake support request for STM32

I want to build it on my Linux computer, but found that https://github.com/dji-sdk/Onboard-SDK/tree/master/sample/platform/STM32/OnBoardSDK_STM32/Project_Gcc is useless because of the lack of camkelists or makefile

If you are using M300 model, please use PSDK 3.0 (OSDK function has been integrated), it includes STM32 armgcc compiled files. https://github.com/dji-sdk/Payload-SDK
