How to get the acceleration of the drone?

Open zongoalbert opened this issue 5 years ago • 3 comments

MSDK does not support obtaining the acceleration of the drone, only the velocity can be received , how can be use add some lines and use velocity to calculate acceleration of drone the acceleration is defined like this : acceleration =Δv/Δt // v : is speed and t : is time

HI Lisa thank you for your answer , i want to see in the dashboard of app the vertical acceleration and horizontal acceleration of drone like , H.S and V.S , should i write a code source of acceleration ,or you have a function already developed about acceleration? thanks

Thanks for the clarification - we do not provide acceleration data and only velocity found here in the MSDK: https://developer.dji.com/api-reference/android-api/Components/FlightController/DJIFlightController_DJIFlightControllerCurrentState.html?search=velocity&i=2#djiflightcontroller_djiflightcontrollercurrentstate_velocityx_inline
