Cannot fetch camera serial number/firmware on M300 RTK (P1 camera) failed

Hello,

I tried to fetch the camera internal serial number and firmware version, and it always give me this error message:

Serial number: error: Execution of this process has timed out(code:-1003) Firmware: error: Unknown product.(code: -1012).

Are M300 RTK cameras serial number not fetchable? The camera is P1.
