Works in Simulator, not in Real life

I ran the DJI waypoint mission app example, and it worked beautifully in the simulator.

Once I moved it to real life to fly it in person, it doesn't work. I tried everything.

My drone is Mavic 2 Zoom, and the SDK version is 4.14.

Any idea why this is happening? Thank you!
