Mini 2 MSDK Support
I realise it takes time to add a new drone to the SDK - e.g. the Mavic Mini was released on Oct 30th 2019 and received MSDK support in July this year - so about 9 months. But the Mavic Air 2 looks like it shortened the time taken to 7 months for MSDK support!
I also realise that the Mini 2 was only just released but to an outsider the hardware looks quite similar to the Mini 1 along with the same remote controller as the MA2. Is there any estimated date on when the Mini 2 will receive MSDK support?
Agent comment from Luce Luo in Zendesk ticket #41384:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting DJI. Sorry, there is no plan to support the Mavic 2 Mini. But you can pay attention to the SDK roadmap if any news in the future. https://developer.dji.com/user/roadmap/#msdk
Thanks,

Would love to follow up as to DJI's reasoning for not releasing the SDK? I think it's a highly anticipated addition to Mini 2.
Agreed. I will be returning the drone I just purchased.
Any news on this?
Any news?
I'm just going to keep commenting on this so as to be appropriately annoying.
Hi all! Check out this new thread: https://github.com/dji-sdk/Mobile-SDK-iOS/issues/478#issuecomment-876257440 DJI is stating that the support is now planned!
I join the request for sdk support for Mini 2.
Any update on SDK supporting Mini 2? Waiting for months is disappointing...
Seems like DJI finally update the roadmap and it should be available on 2021-12-31. Hope no more dealy on this one.
Does this imply that only Android will have support for now?
Well over a year after the drone’s release and not even on iOS? Disappointing to say the least. Competing products looking more attractive every day.
December 31st has come and gone, and 4.16 is released for Android, as promised, so that's a start. Is there any official release date planned for the iOS update?
Seems strange to release the Android and IOS SDKs separately. I can only assume they are expecting further significant delays on the IOS version.
