M300 Drone with RC Plus hand controller

Hi DJI Team,

I'm currently developing an application using version 4.17 of the MSDK with the M300 RKT drone paired with a standard controller. I'm considering migrating to the new setup using the M300 RKT with the RC Plus hand controller. Before proceeding, I would like to understand:

Which functionalities might be lost or modified: For example, will there be any changes in flight control precision, payload management, camera or gimbal controls, telemetry data access, or any other critical features when switching to the RC Plus hand controller?

How these changes might impact the development process: Any differences in API behavior, event callbacks, or configuration requirements that I need to be aware of would be very helpful.

Migration guidelines: Are there any best practices or documentation updates that outline the differences between these setups and how to effectively manage the transition?

The M300 RTK drone can be connected to MSDK v4.17 when using the RC Plus remote controller. There are no significant changes in the use of MSDK functions compared to using the standard remote controller. The RC Plus remote controller offers better performance, but it does not support external mobile devices. The APK needs to be installed on the remote controller for operation.

In addition, the M300 RTK + RC Plus combination can also use the latest MSDK V5 version. However, MSDK v5 has significant differences from MSDK v4. Basically, all API interfaces need to be re - integrated, and some functions may not be compatible. If you are already using MSDK v4.17, it is more advisable to continue using v4.17 with the RC Plus.
