M300在ExposureMode.MANUAL模式下设置快门速度失败，Cannot set the parameters in this state

在H20的文档中说变焦镜头只支持程序、手动模式，我在手动模式下设置变焦镜头的快门速度为1/400s，失败了。请问该如何设置它的参数？
