Is systemctl O/S specific? i.e. does this work on Windows as well as mac? Regardless, there are no new tests for this rule and the readme also hasn't been updated.

Issue #25 deals with failed assumptions being treated as success; but only in junit and in particular the text runner. You're right about other tools such as eclipse though.

A supported, standard format would be nicer? Many CI systems can already process formats like PEP8, do we really want another one?

OK, we use error prone a lot. I'd implement the ability to output in a known format....if I knew they were going to accept it/at least engage.

Maybe kHorizontalLineInterval should be dynamically calculated based on the largest value - then you could guarantee how many labels were present for every graph ever displayed?
