Does not work on my (fabric) server!

I'm in 1.16.5 and running Minecraft on a MacBook running MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3. This tool works in singleplayer when I replace the map files, but only after I restart the game. On my server (which I host privately) I have had no such luck. The maps remain maps even after stopping and restarting the server, and the game. I have already made sure all the files were placed in the correct folder (world>data). Could this also be because it's a fabric server? (I was running the fabric client when I had my success in singleplayer)

I have heard that this is made for singleplayer and is not designed for multiplayer so it's not your server it's the mod. If you need it for a server install a cheat engine (I do not recommend) **Mod also says the last part in PMC description
