Chevrolet Trophy doesn't load an opponent

Prerequisites:

• have TDUCP 2.00A FINAL release 3 installed and properly working
• HATRED 1.66a No-DVD
• no mods

There is this event, called "Chevrolet Trophy" located at the Oahu west end. It's a race with Chevrolet cars.

The issue is that consistently it's impossible to start because the game doesn't seem to be able to load one of the opponent cars or AIs. This behavior is consistent across installs.
