Renew token feature not working

Hi All, I have set the mount exp max ttl to 6 months and default ttl to 1 month. When I renew the token through UI its not getting renewed. But when I execute from the command prompt vault token-renew its working fine.

Hey @jprateekvmware, I'll take a look at the API call being made and make sure its being called correctly.
