Support for held/released; parameter bug fix

  1. Added support for buttons 1 and 2 held/released
  2. Fixed a bug where the driver would not transmit a parameter value that was set to 0
  3. Added support for buttons 9 and 10 (might require v4.0 of the hardware, not sure)

I only changed the Zen22 driver, but I would imagine that the same approach can be applied to all the Zooz drivers.
