Realtek Optimization

This is what I use for my Realtek 2.5GB optimization

  • I would want this to be in a format like the rest of the github.
  • Recommendations for realtek would probably live on this part of the Network page. https://github.com/djdallmann/GamingPCSetup/blob/master/CONTENT/DOCS/NETWORK/README.md#realtek-network-adapter-settings
  • If there's any registry specific settings that can't be changed via network configuration interface I would need some type of evidence, justification or technical reference indicating the benefits or pros/cons.
