With webcal URI I can import event for example to Google Calendar directly from browser, like I'm using Gmail for handling mailto links. Or to desktop program, according to browser/OS settings.

Ah, so you want the "(add it)" link to point to a "webcal:" resource?

I think so too - currently the download on Fennec Android failed, probably because of a wrong MIME-Type of the download? Would be cool if it directly opens the calendar and allows to add a new date to it.
