Improve Navbar Items (spacing, alignment)

Improvement to Navbar Items: • place elements in container to allow edges to fit to grid • reduce size of DD logo to more appropriate scale, for page unification • align right menu item to straight top alignment (page unification) • fix capitalization and remove extraneous icon for clarity, consistency • increase max logo size on mobile to 60px from 36px

Special Notes: • there are still some bugs with menu items not showing on mobile. issues in question were not anticipated, and will hoped to be remedied in subsequent work.
