Unclear instructions on how to join some working groups

The following working groups have unclear instructions on how to self-nominate or ask to join the WG:

• [x] Fundraising (no mention of how to self-nominate)
• [ ] Online Community (no mention of people's Forum and Discord handles that are to be DMed)
• [x] Social Media (mentions a public form, but doesn't link to it)

Thanks @tim-schilling for noting this! It seems we definitely dropped the ball on that and needed a reminder. Have forwarded word - this isn't a difficult thing to setup, I think just a matter of processing in a hectic time :)

Sorry, my note was short, I noticed this while doing something else and didn't spend the proper amount of time writing this up. There's no urgency to this. Thanks for what you're doing with these groups!

Arh, I had an action to do this for fundraising back in March and dropped it. Now done for fundraising,
