Removed old Django version switches in imports

Found a bunch of version switches for unsupported versions. Removed them.

We should wait until #386 is in master before we merge here. To make sure that everything works as expected.

Should have been handled in #405, please check when you can and update the PR or close it.

@nemesifier Updated this PR as well. Once #386 is merged, I merge master into this PR and we should be quite safe that this doesn't break anything.
