How to limit the number of comments to be displayed? How to implement pagination?

How to limit the number of comments to be displayed and add button of "Load More" to see more comments? @vdboor

This is something I am interested in as well. I have been attempting to hack it together to work myself. I'll let you know if I get something working, but it would be really nice if there was a simple way to do this.
