Add sphinx documentation

The documetation in README.rst is getting huge. Better get sphinx documentation on readthedocs ;)

Also worth including:

  • How to add "Recent blog entries" to a sidebar
  • How to add a "Popular tags" list
  • How to get "featured" entries.
