[BUG] Column CSS Settings in CMS are unresponsive to mouse input.

Description

The CSS settings for the Column widget are unresponsive to mouse input.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a page and click on edit
  2. Select the Column widget.
  3. Try and edit the css settings with the mouse (image attached) to see the error.

Expected behaviour

CSS settings should respond properly to mouse input.

Actual behaviour

CSS Settings are unresponsive.

I reproduced the bug, and for me everything looks okay here.. Maybe you need to upgrade your version of the djangocms-bootstrap4 package. In my settings.py i have djangocms-bootstrap4>=2.0,<3.0 configured.
