Hi @ebizbuddy, yes, this was fixed as proposed in https://github.com/ionicthemes/ionic5-starter-app/issues/13#issuecomment-623688816 Why don't you enable it in `ionViewDidEnter()` ?

Hey Jan, which steps did you follow? I've just built everything from scratch and didn't have any problem. You could try downgrading rxjs if you need.

where are you testing it? You should test it on a real device or on an emulator.
