Sure, maybe. I don't know anything about proxies. If you submitted a pull request, I would test that it also works without a proxy.

Or, we could just have a global keyboard shortcut to run tests (say, Ctrl+Shift+A to run tests for problem A). Not sure if this is doable under all OSes. And...
